Affirm and Afterpay shares drop<\/p>\n<p>Another source told Bloomberg that the increase is also an attempt to capitalize on sanctions against Chinese smartphone maker Huawei Technologies Co., which have hurt its global sales, on top of <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2021-03-31\/huawei-quarterly-sales-fell-for-first-time-after-u-s-sanctions?sref=Oeyjq8by\" class=\"icon none\">supply-chain shortages<\/a> plaguing the company.<\/p>\n<p>Apple shares closed Tuesday at a record high, $145.48.
