Jennifer Lopez is house shopping in the tony Los Angeles neighborhood Holmby Hills with what could be up to a $65 million budget \u2014 and Ben Affleck is along for the ride. <\/p>\n

The pair were seen on Thursday leaving a tour of a gated 31,500-square-foot mega mansion, one of at least three potential homes they scouted for Lopez, TMZ reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Fans hoped the pair were looking for a new love nest, but Affleck, 48, is just being a \u201cgood boyfriend\u201d while Lopez, 51, looks for a new home, according to the outlet. <\/p>\n

The Fendi Casa-furnished eight-bedroom, 12-bathroom home they were confirmed to have visited is extremely unusual, offering a full medical suite with dental offices and an operating room<\/a>. <\/p>\n

But Lopez might be more interested in the mansion\u2019s other amenities, which include a four-lane bowling alley, a golf simulator, a bar, a hair salon, a movie theater, a wine cellar with tasting room, an indoor pool and a spa with steam shower, according to the listing. <\/p>\n

The house, which was built in 2013, is owned by Jordanian billionaire Hasan Ismaik, who has been trying to sell the house since May 2018, then asking almost $70 million. <\/p>\n

It is unknown who is representing Lopez, but \u201cSelling Sunset\u201d star and real estate broker Chrishell Stause offered to represent her in an Instagram comment last month, Page Six previously reported<\/a>. Stause did not respond to a request for comment. <\/p>\n

The house\u2019s listing agent is Westside Estate Agency CEO Kurt Rappaport, who did not respond to a request for comment. <\/p>\n

\u201cBennifer\u201d originally won hearts in 2002 and 2003 but broke up before their planned wedding. The couple reunited in March after Lopez\u2019s split from Yankees star Alex Rodriguez.<\/p>\n

Since they reunited, Lopez and Affleck have stayed all over the country, resorting <\/a>in Montana, renting a $130,000-a-month Miami mansion, and partying at Lopez\u2019s Hamptons home over July Fourth weekend. But they were back house shopping on the West Coast when they were spotted by paparazzi.<\/p>\n

Lopez has 13-year-old twins, Emme<\/a> and Maximilian, with salsa music singer Marc Anthony, who recently sold his mansion near Miami for $22.41 million and once owned a 10,000-square-foot mansion on Long Island. <\/p>\n
