The follow-up to 2020\u2019s <em>Imploding the Mirage<\/em> is titled <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external-link\" data-event-click='{\"element\":\"ExternalLink\",\"outgoingURL\":\"https:\/\/thekillers.lnk.to\/PressureMachine\/\"}' href=\"https:\/\/thekillers.lnk.to\/PressureMachine\/\"><em>Pressure Machine<\/em><\/a> and is scheduled to arrive on August 13 (via <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external-link\" data-event-click='{\"element\":\"ExternalLink\",\"outgoingURL\":\"https:\/\/www.islandrecords.com\/\"}' href=\"https:\/\/www.islandrecords.com\/\">Island<\/a>). Find a trailer for the record, as well as its Wes Johnson\u2013shot cover, below.<\/p>\n<p>Shawn Everett and Foxygen\u2019s Jonathan Rado co-produced <em>Pressure Machine<\/em>. According to a press release, the album is inspired by Brandon Flowers\u2019 hometown of Nephi, Utah. \u201cI discovered this grief that I hadn\u2019t dealt with,\u201d the frontman remarked in a statement. \u201cMany memories of my time in Nephi are tender. But the ones tied to fear or great sadness were emotionally charged.
