This is the Age of Streaming and, <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>arently, the age of streaming services that add a very creative \u201c+\u201d to the end of their name. You know, to cleverly denote that it\u2019s the company name and that you can expect\u2026more of it, I guess? Anyway, CNN is the latest to get in on the action with <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2021\/07\/19\/media\/cnn-plus-launch\/index.html\">their announcement<\/a> that CNN+ is on the horizon, ready to serve the needs of a very hungry audience that\u2019s pining for all things CNN.<span id=\"more-685164\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Next_Step_For_News\"><\/span>The Next Step For News<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Hailing this new venture as \u201c\u2026the most important launch for CNN since Ted Turner launched the network in June of 1980,\u201d the new company is pretty much pointing to (or is it blaming?) viewers and their shifting consuming habits when it comes to streaming these days. This service will launch alongside the existing CNN channel in the first quarter of 2022, hosting eight to twelve hours of live programming, multiple original <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a>, and something mysteriously described as an \u201cinteractive community\u201d that will all be exclusive to the service.<\/p>\n<p>Because CNN is prevented by pre-existing deals with cable distributors, it can\u2019t simply shift any of its existing television programming to streaming. CNN+ is apparently the solution, allowing consumers who\u2019ve already cut free from cable to have access to CNN. According to chairman of Warner<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Media<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">News<\/a> and Sports and president of CNN Worldwide\u00a0<strong>Jeff Zucker<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><!-- SlashFilm_300x250_In_Post -->\u201cOn top of a television offering that has never been stronger, which remains at the core of what we do today, we will offer consumers a streaming product that grows the reach and scope of the CNN brand in a way that no one else is doing. Nothing like this exists.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Naturally, no actual cost figures have been released yet (neither have any specific programs, either) and will first roll out in the United States before expanding elsewhere.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-548068 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/d13ezvd6yrslxm.cloudfront.net\/wp\/wp-content\/images\/Streaming-vs-theaters-700x321.jpg\" alt=\"Streaming vs theaters\" width=\"700\" height=\"321\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Just%E2%80%A6Why\"><\/span>Just\u2026Why?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>For all the money and effort being poured into these new streaming services, I\u2019m not entirely sure companies understand that their prospective customers are fast approaching (if they haven\u2019t already) the absolute limit of what they\u2019ll continue to spend their subscription budgets on. Most people will happily pay for the chance to watch entertainment through Netflix or Disney+ \u201cfor free\u201d at their own convenience, but how many news junkies are out there who\u2019ll shell out for the chance to watch some vaguely different programming?
