Pharmacy operators Walgreens Boots Alliance, Rite Aid\u00a0and Walmart agreed to settle with the counties for a combined $26 million.<\/p>\n<p>James\u2019 office said that of the nearly $1.18 billion the distributors agreed to pay, more than $1 billion will go toward addressing the epidemic.
