\u201cHello,\u201d summer of Adele.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been a slam-dunk season for the 33-year-old British songstress, who\u2019s boasting a new bod, a new man and new digs \u2014 and is rumored to be releasing new music soon, too.<\/p>\n

A source tells Page Six<\/a> the chanteuse is \u201c100-percent\u201d dating NBA super-agent Rich Paul. <\/p>\n

On Saturday, the pair were spotted sitting together at Game 5 of the NBA Finals<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It was a rare public appearance<\/a> for the notoriously private singer, who was all smiles with Paul at Footprint Center in Phoenix, Ariz.<\/p>\n

\u201cRich Paul, [LeBron James\u2019] agent, brings his girlfriend to the game<\/a> sitting next to LeBron. His girlfriend is Adele,\u201d ESPN\u2019s Brian Windhorst\u00a0said in his \u201cThe Lowe Post\u201d<\/a>\u00a0podcast.\u00a0<\/p>\n

With her divorce from Simon Konecki finalized<\/a> earlier this year, Adele hasn\u2019t let the grass grow under her feet. <\/p>\n

There are rumors that her next album \u2014 thought to already be completed but likely to be released in the fall \u2014 will be a breakup album about the split, marking a return to the heartbreak territory of her blockbuster \u201c21\u201d album. <\/p>\n

\u201cShe spent months in the studio and word is we\u2019re going to hear about her divorce and all the heartbreak that she\u2019s been through,\u201d Lori Majewski, host of SiriusXM Volume\u2019s\u00a0\u201cFierce: Women in Music,\u201d told The Post.<\/p>\n

According to Majewski, the theory is the new album release has been held up by the pandemic, which is why the singer only hosted \u201cSaturday Night Live\u201d in October, but wasn\u2019t the musical guest. <\/p>\n

\u201cAdele is the queen of heartbreak. And the material, especially \u2018Hello,\u2019 which hit a nerve with audiences around the world, was about heartbreak and splitting up with a former love,\u201d Majewski added. <\/p>\n

\u201cNow she\u2019s divorced, so I imagine that that drove her into the studio right away. She has so much to sing about. I think we\u2019re ready to cry together with Adele.\u201d<\/p>\n

Reps for Adele and Paul did not respond to request for comment.<\/p>\n

With the new record under her belt, the singer app<\/a>ears to be embracing the next phase of her life. Worth a reported $190 million, she also appears ready to move on from her divorce.<\/p>\n

Paul is a 5-foot-9 40-year-old Beverly Hills-based basketball agent whose career has been on an incredible trajectory<\/a>. He is reportedly worth $100 million. <\/p>\n

The two share similar tales of meteoric success. Both grew up in modest homes<\/a> \u2014 she in South London and he in West Cleveland \u2014 before becoming self-made multimillionaires.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think Rich is very good at giving people tough love. He has an ability to not be afraid and not back away from a tough conversation, because of the way he grew up, in part from having a father who died at a young age and having a mother who was a drug addict,\u201d Maverick Carter, a LeBron James friend and Paul confidant, recently told the New Yorker. <\/p>\n

\u201cUsually, our parents protect us from tough conversations, but he had the opposite experience.\u201d <\/p>\n

In the same article, Paul mentions that he has been \u201changing out\u201d with \u201ca major pop star.\u201d<\/p>\n

Though he added, \u201cI\u2019m not dating, I\u2019m single. Put that in the story.\u201d<\/p>\n

Majewski noted how fiercely private the normally secluded singer is, making her public appearance with Paul all the more intriguing. <\/p>\n

\u201cAdele is very careful about her image. She must be very comfortable with this new person to allow herself to be photographed, knowing how people will talk when they see a photo like that,\u201d said Majewski. <\/p>\n

The 15-time Grammy-winning singer<\/a> is also clearly set on making Los Angeles her home base. She has recently scooped up properties in Beverly Hills worth a combined $30 million.<\/p>\n

In May, she picked up her third 90210 home in five years \u2014 a\u00a0$10 million mansion purchased from her former next-door neighbor Nicole Richie. <\/p>\n

With the purchase of a third home in the exclusive Hidden Valley area of Beverly Hills, Adele now owns a compound worth $30 million.<\/figcaption>

She has two other adjacent properties in the celebrity enclave known as Hidden Valley, where her A-list neighbors include Katy Perry, Jennifer Lawrence, Pen\u00e9lope Cruz, Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher.<\/p>\n

In 2016, she\u00a0paid $9.5 million for a mansion in the guarded and gated community; three years later, she shelled out $10.65 million for an adjacent five-bedroom, six-bathroom\u00a0midcentury-style home.<\/p>\n

That last purchase came on the heels of her estrangement from Konecki. In September 2019, she filed for divorce from the 47-year-old British charity CEO, whom she spent seven years with \u2014 first going public in 2012 before secretly marrying him in 2017 without a prenup<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Konecki, with whom she shares custody of 8-year-old son, Angelo Adkins, is rumored to live in the second house she bought.<\/p>\n

Arvin Haddad, a broker associate at the Agency and co-star of CNBC\u2019s \u201cListing Impossible,\u201d told The Post that this third home purchase brings an Adele compound into focus. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt would be for the sake of quality of life,\u201d said Haddad of the multiproperty arrangement. \u201cWhen you look at the property as a whole, the Nicole Richie segment really protects the backyard for privacy \u2026 it does create a very private compound.\u201d <\/p>\n

Celebs with the means tend to favor compounds, added Haddad. <\/p>\n

\u201cYou control who your neighbor is, and a lot of times it goes to family members, staff.\u201d<\/p>\n

It would make cultivating a harmonious family life a lot easier.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe just seems happy being a mom and working,\u201d a source told People in 2019<\/a>, referring to the split. \u201cShe\u2019s free and spirited and feels like a new person.\u201d <\/p>\n

Around that time, Adele started making other significant lifestyle changes \u2014 and began showing off a newly trim body<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The star reportedly lost 100 pounds on the red-wine-and-chocolate-friendly sirtfood diet \u2014 and on her 32nd birthday in May 2020, she faced both praise and rebuke when she posted<\/a> a pic of her seriously slimmed-down physique.<\/p>\n

\u201cI know I look really, really different since you last saw me,\u201d the singer said during her opening monologue on \u201cSaturday Night Live\u201d last year. <\/p>\n

\u201cBut actually because of all the COVID restrictions and the travel<\/a> bans, I had to travel light and I could only bring half of me, and this is the half I chose.\u201d<\/p>\n

In April of this year, she turned heads at an Oscars party<\/a> celebrating actor Daniel Kaluuya\u2019s win, where she hung out with Drake and other stars. <\/p>\n

But it\u2019s her love life that\u2019s keeping her most busy these days. <\/p>\n

As reported by Page Six<\/a> earlier this month, the star was seen with British rapper Skepta, her rumored boyfriend at the time, at the Cabazon Outlets mall outside San Bernardino, Calif.<\/p>\n

The pair had been linked since last October, when a source told People that they had been dating for months.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey run in the same circles in London, and she\u2019s having fun,\u201d the source told the outlet.<\/p>\n

Skepta, 38, whose real name is Joseph Junior Adenuga, also dated model Naomi Campbell.<\/p>\n

But days after her \u201cSNL\u201d appearance, Adele took to Instagram<\/a> to ostensibly shoot down any dating rumors, writing, \u201cHappy Halloween! I\u2019m going back to my cave now to be the (single) cat lady that I am! Peace out til next year \u2665\ufe0f.\u201d <\/p>\n

It\u2019s been nearly six years since her last album, \u201c25,\u201d was released in November 2015. As fans eagerly await her new album, they seem happy to gobble up the star\u2019s recent sightings.<\/p>\n

For now, she seems to be hitting all the right notes with LA-based power player Paul, who reportedly dated<\/a> Tobey Maguire\u2019s ex-wife, jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer, in 2019.<\/p>\n

The high-flying sports agent owns two LA mansions and has three children.<\/p>\n

Whether the relationship will go the distance is unclear, with one music industry expert skeptical of the fanfare.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen you have an album about to come out, suddenly you see a lot of pictures of them,\u201d the expert said, referring to the music industry\u2019s promotional machine.<\/p>\n

But Majewski thinks that Adele remains authentic and unconcerned with cultivating any particular image. \u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThere seems to be a lack of calculation with Adele. Everything about her seems real. Nothing about Adele is manufactured.\u201d<\/p>\n
