They\u2019ve gone from \u201cLive Mas\u201d to \u201cLive Menos!\u201d<\/p>\n

Taco Bell app<\/a>ears to be the latest fast-food joint to get hit by nationwide supply shortages.<\/p>\n

The company, headquartered in California, warned customers that it may be out of certain dishes \u201cDue to national ingredient shortages and delivery delays,\u201d according to a banner message<\/a> on its website.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s unclear which specific ingredients have run dry or how widespread the issue is \u2014 but hangry customers have been taking notice.<\/p>\n

\u201cTaco Bell employee told me there was a \u2018national shortage of everything right now,\u2019 and I have decided to get my economic news<\/a> exclusively from drive-thru employees from now on,\u201d one person wrote on Twitter<\/a> Monday.<\/p>\n

A user from Michigan said that her Taco Bell was out of chicken and beef, adding<\/a>, \u201ci just ate black beans in a hard shell. was not worth it.\u201d<\/p>\n

One customer on Reddit<\/a> wrote that<\/a> his local eatery \u201ccouldn\u2019t make any burritos since they were out of 10\u2033 tortillas, and none of the tacos had lettuce or tomato on them.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI went back through the drive through and asked about it and they said they are out of pretty much anything that comes fresh.\u201d<\/p>\n

The chain didn\u2019t provide additional details, saying only that<\/a> \u201cdue to national transportation delays happening throughout most of the industry, we may temporarily be out of some items.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cApologies for the inconvenience and we hope to feed fans\u2019 current Taco Bell cravings again soon,\u201d the statement added.<\/p>\n

The culinary cutback comes as the US is hit by\u00a0a scarcity of poultry\u00a0caused by pandemic safety measures and a surge in demand for recently released fried chicken sandwiches at several fast food chains, including KFC.<\/p>\n

In May, Chick-fil-A said it would limit the number of condiments allowed per customer amid the industry-wide supply shortage.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
