\n Kanye West \u2014 who claims to be running for president \u2014 gave an emotional speech about abortion, bashed famed abolitionist Harriet Tubman and boasted about his IQ during a bizarre campaign rally in South Carolina on Sunday.<\/p>\n

The Chicago rapp<\/a>er wore a bulletproof vest and had the numbers \u201c2020\u201d shaved into his head as he\u00a0 addressed the crowd, revealing that he and wife Kim Kardashian West considered terminating their first pregnancy \u2014 but didn\u2019t after he had a \u201cvision from God,\u201d according to a livestream of the event.<\/p>\n

He then began to cry hysterically as he said: \u201cMy mom saved my life. My dad wanted to abort me.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI almost killed my daughter,\u201d West, 43, continued in tears, referring to the couple\u2019s eldest, North West.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo more Plan B, Plan A,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Speaking to a crowd of a couple hundred ticket-holders at the Exquis Event Center in North Charleston, West later backtracked, saying that he believes abortion should be legal, but that financial incentives would discourage the practice.<\/p>\n

\u201cEverybody that has a baby gets a million dollars,\u201d he said as an example.<\/p>\n

His rambling speech also included a dig at underground railroad hero Harriet Tubman.<\/p>\n

\u201cHarriet Tubman never actually freed the slave, she just had the slaves go work for other white people,\u201d West told the crowd.<\/p>\n

He also claimed to have a 132 IQ and that: \u201cI went to the hospital because my brain was too big for my skull.\u201d<\/p>\n

This was West\u2019s first campaign event since he announced his presidential bid in a July 4th tweet. The billionaire sneaker mogul said he was starting his own party for 2020, \u201cthe Birthday Party.\u201d<\/p>\n

He appears on the\u00a0presidential ballot in Oklahoma \u2014 after filing the $35,000 filing fee last week \u2014 though questions are still swirling\u00a0over whether he\u2019s actually running.<\/p>\n

West needs to collect 10,000 signatures by noon Monday to appear on the South Carolina ballot.\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
