Gothic fairytale-inspired action adventure game Lost in Random<\/em> will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series<\/a>, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam<\/a> and Origin<\/a> on September 10, publisher Electronic Arts and developer Zoink Games announced<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n
\u201cWhen we first started this project, we knew we wanted to create a fairytale that was a bit darker than what we\u2019ve made in the past; we ended up drawing these different characters and concepts, but it wasn\u2019t until this painting of a girl and her dice appeared that we knew there was something more to explore,\u201d said creative director and lead writer Olov Redmalm in a press release. \u201cA tricky aspect we had to deal with was determining what the gameplay would be like\u2014we wanted the theme<\/a> and gameplay to revolve around the dice, but had to consider what was too random and what was just random enough. We feel it\u2019s all grown very naturally out of that central idea.\u201d\u201d<\/p>\n
