“#World Beyond’? The Cast Previews Season 2 (VIDEO)<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

On July 24, The Walking Dead: World Beyond<\/em> cast will take the virtual stage at San Diego\u2019s [email\u00a0protected]<\/span> event to discuss the happ<\/a>enings of Season 1 and potentially share some intel on what\u2019s to come in the second and final season. But ahead of that gathering\u2014set to feature Dead<\/em>-iverse content director Scott Gimple, exec producer Matt Negrete and stars Aliyah Royale, Alexa Mansour, Nicolas Cantu, Hal Cumpston, Nico Tortorella, Annet Mahendru, Julia Ormond, Jelani Alladin and Joe Holt\u2014we chatted with a trio of them to get some advance scoop about the shady CRM organization that seems to be pulling a lot of the strings in our post-apocalyptic zombie-scape.<\/p>\n

\u201cA lot is opening up for sure,\u201d says Younger<\/em>\u2018s Tortorella, whose Felix was last seen with Iris (Royale) encountering a group of survivors in the woods led by his beau Will (Alladin). \u201cWe realize pretty quickly in the season that the CRM isn\u2019t just one group of people.\u201d Which can\u2019t be good news<\/a> for Iris\u2019s sister Hope (Mansour), the \u201casset\u201d that was handed over to the CRM by Felix\u2019s duplicitous colleague Huck (Mahendru) in the season finale.<\/p>\n

Still, Royale and Mansour promise that we will see the siblings side-by-side again. \u201cThey\u2019re definitely going in different directions, but they\u2019re sisters,\u201d says Royale. \u201cThey\u2019re always going to come back together at some point.\u201d What that \u201ctogether\u201d looks like, however, may be very different now that the more rebellious Hope has seen that she has just as much inner-grit as the more warrior-minded Hope. \u201cIt\u2019s almost like [they] switch places mentally,\u201d teases Mansour.<\/p>\n
