As long as your iPhone (and the recipient\u2019s) is running iOS 15 or higher, you can now choose to share health data with family, friends, or your doctor. We\u2019ll show you how.<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sharing_Data_from_the_iPhone_Health_App\"><\/span>Sharing Data from the iPhone Health App<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>You can share iPhone Health app data, provided that the other party is in your contacts and also has an iPhone that\u2019s running iOS 15 or later.
