Lorde\u2019s liver needed some help after filming this segment.<\/p>\n

The pop star admitted that after she and Seth Meyers filmed the latest installment<\/a> of his celebrity \u201cDay Drinking\u201d series<\/a> together, she required an IV drip to get through the hangover. This episode was the first to air since the pandemic.<\/p>\n

\u201cTo be honest, how hungover were you the next day?\u201d Meyers, 47, asked the 24-year-old singer on Thursday\u2019s \u201cLate Night With Seth Meyers<\/a>\u201d of their recent \u201cDay Drinking\u201d session at Manhattan\u2019s Zero Bond bar.<\/p>\n

\u201cI can\u2019t look at an alcoholic drink ever again, it was insane,\u201d she laughed. \u201cYou did kind of destroy me. And I had to get a very pop star thing: an IV drip came to my hotel and administered fluids to my corpse.\u201d<\/p>\n

The luxurious booze hound-helper did the trick, though, and ensured Lorde was in fighting shape for her performance on \u201cThe Late Show With Stephen Colbert\u201d the night after their bender.<\/p>\n
