However, his latest role for the film\u00a0<em>Midnight in the Switchgrass<\/em> has prompted the normally vocal r<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>er to not only slam the film but refuse to promote it.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday (July 23), MGK shared his thoughts on <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a>, writing, \u201cif i don\u2019t talk or tweet about a movie i\u2019m barely in it\u2019s because it\u2019s [trash].\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">if i don\u2019t talk or tweet about a movie i\u2019m barely in it\u2019s because it\u2019s \ud83d\udeae<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 blonde don (@machinegunkelly) <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/machinegunkelly\/status\/1418661855539515392?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">July 23, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>The film stars Bruce Willis and Fox\u2019s girlfriend, actress Megan Fox, as two FBI agents who encounter a brutal serial killer in the midst of investigating a sex-trafficking ring. Machine Gun Kelly appears in the film but is uncredited. However, the film is where he met Fox and the two sparked their now nearly year-long romance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI didn\u2019t know what [love] was until me and her made eye contact,\u201d he told Howard Stern in September 2020. \u201cThat\u2019s when I was like, \u2018Whoa.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Box Fox and MGK skipped out on the premiere of the film in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, Machine Gun Kelly found himself in another controversy regarding his film career. Miller McCormick, the brother of the late Mac Miller,\u00a0slammed MGK\u2019s upcoming\u00a0<em>Good <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">News<\/a><\/em> film, citing its title being close to Mac\u2019s first posthumous single and the film\u2019s subject matter regarding a musician on the rise with a troubled life. The backlash prompted the producers to release a statement revealing they were changing the film\u2019s title.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur film is about a fictional musician on the rise with a troubled life,\u201d the statement explained. \u201cIt\u2019s not in any way a biopic or based on any artist\u2019s true life.
