*NSYNC might have to update their iconic title from \u201cI Want You Back<\/a>\u201d to \u201cI Want You to Text Back.\u201d <\/p>\n

On Sunday, Lance Bass took to TikTok<\/a> to poke fun at his former superstar bandmate, Justin Timberlake, for not app<\/a>arently responding to texts quickly enough.<\/p>\n

The hilarious post shows Bass, 42, participating in Stromae\u2019s \u201cAlors on Danse\u201d viral dance trend<\/a> with the caption, \u201cWhen JT finally responds to my text.\u201d Bass also shared the cheeky video to his Instagram feed<\/a>, garnering even more laughs from fans and followers.<\/p>\n

Timberlake took the joke in stride and commented, \u201cOnce those babies show up\u2026 your unavailability will all make sense, bro\ud83d\ude02\ud83d\ude02\ud83d\ude02..\u201d <\/p>\n

Timberlake seemed to be hinting at Bass\u2019 upcoming fatherhood journey. <\/p>\n

Bass and his husband, Michael Turchin, are set to welcome\u00a0their first and second child in October<\/a> via a surrogate who is currently pregnant with twins. It appears, as a father of two, 40-year-old Timberlake is giving his old bandmate a warning. Timberlake shares two sons \u2014 Phineas<\/a>, 1, and Silas, 6 \u2014 with his 39-year-old wife, actress Jessica Biel.<\/a> <\/p>\n

After Timberlake\u2019s quick explanation, Bass posted the comment to his Instagram story, replying, \u201cTouch\u00e9!\u201d<\/p>\n

With the back-and-forth joking, these interactions are a bit reminiscent of the two in the public eye. Lance Bass, unlike his bandmate, has a tendency to appear at more *NSYNC and boyband events. Bass has appeared at a variety of events, including a coronavirus pandemic reunion last year \u2014 hastagged #quaranSYNC<\/a> \u2014 social media<\/a> photo and Ariana Grande\u2019s 2019 Coachella set<\/a>. Timberlake, however, apparently can\u2019t make as many appearances as his ex-boy-bandmates. <\/p>\n

However, over the years Timberlake has publicly reunited with his bandmates. In 2013, the group performed at the Video Music Awards, when Timberlake received the Video Vanguard Award. The boy band reunited again when they accepted<\/a> a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2018.<\/p>\n
