No cause of death was revealed. Read it in full below:<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"content_block paragraph triple_gutter_right triple_gutter_left\">\n<div class=\"content_inner_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<style>\n<\/style>\n<div id=\"content_block-223537\" class=\"content_block breaker triple_gutter_right triple_gutter_left block_quote\">\n<div class=\"media_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"block_quote_wrapper paragraph_wrapper\">\n  We are heartbroken to share the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> that Joey Jordison, prolific drummer, musician and artist passed away peacefully in his sleep on July 26, 2021. He was 46.<\/p>\n<p>Joey\u2019s death has left us with empty hearts and feelings of indescribable sorrow.<\/p>\n<p>To those that knew Joey, understood his quick wit, his gentle personality, giant heart and his love for all things family and music.<\/p>\n<p>The family of Joey have asked that friends, fans and <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a> understandably respect our need for privacy and peace at this incredibly difficult time.<\/p>\n<p>The family will hold a private funeral service and asks the media and public to respect their wishes.\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<style>\n<\/style>\n<div id=\"content_block-223539\" class=\"content_block paragraph text triple_gutter_right triple_gutter_left center_align\">\n<div class=\"content_inner_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"paragraph_wrapper center_align\">\n<p>            Jordison was one of the first members recruited to join Slipknot in 1995 as the group was just beginning in Des Moines, Iowa. After the release of their demo <i>Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeat<\/i> and several line-up changes, including the addition of current vocalist Corey Taylor, Slipknot signed to Roadrunner Records and released their self-titled debut album to commercial and critical success. <\/p>\n<p>            Slipknot&#8217;s three subsequent studio albums, <i>Iowa<\/i>, <i>Vol. 3: (The Subliminal Verses)<\/i>,  and <i>All Hope Is Gone<\/i> all featured Jordison on drums. In total, Slipknot were nominated for seven Grammys while Jordison was a member of the band, winning one (Best Metal Performance for &#8220;Before I Forget&#8221; in 2005). Jordison played drums in a number of other bands including Murderdolls, Sinsaenum, and Scar the Martyr, and performed live with Metallica and Korn.<\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>            Slipknot and Jordison parted ways in December 2013. At the time, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/articles\/news\/5839723\/slipknot-drummer-joey-jordison-part-ways\">a statement on Slipknot&#8217;s website<\/a> cited &#8220;personal reasons&#8221; for the split, while Jordison <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/loudwire.com\/joey-jordison-i-did-not-quit-slipknot\/\">said<\/a> he was &#8220;shocked and blindsided&#8221; by his dismissal. <\/p>\n<p>            Years later, Jordison claimed that he had been diagnosed with transverse myelitis just before he and Slipknot split, causing him to lose function in his legs until physical therapy helped him recover. &#8220;I couldn\u2019t play anymore,&#8221; Jordison said, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/loudwire.com\/joey-jordison-neurological-condition\/\">speaking at the Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards<\/a> in 2016. &#8220;It was a form of multiple sclerosis, which I wouldn\u2019t wish on my worst enemy.&#8221; Jordison praised his former bandmates in Slipknot during the speech: &#8220;We accomplished a lot in life, every one of them, and I wish them nothing but luck and the best of praises.&#8221;<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"content_block paragraph triple_gutter_right triple_gutter_left\">\n<div class=\"content_inner_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<style>\n<\/style>\n<div id=\"content_block-223538\" class=\"content_block paragraph text triple_gutter_right triple_gutter_left center_align\">\n<div class=\"content_inner_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"paragraph_wrapper center_align\">\n<p>            On the 21st anniversary of the release of Slipknot&#8217;s debut album, Jordison <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CCCebjJJwbN\/\">posted his memories on Instagram<\/a>. &#8220;That album was &amp; will always be some of the absolute best memories of my life,&#8221; he wrote. &#8220;To the fans, you guys made this h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>en for all of us, and I dedicate this anniversary to YOU!!!
