\nBritney Spears<\/strong>\u2018 life is in the midst of a major overhaul.<\/p>\n

Not only does she have a new lawyer who is finally ready to end the conservatorship for good, but she\u2019s been opening up about trauma and family feuds more than ever. So it\u2019s really no wonder all this is starting to take a toll on her mental health!<\/p>\n

Admitting she\u2019s \u201cfeeling overwhelmed\u201d these days, Brit reflected on the \u201cchange going on\u201d at the moment, as well as her latest way to combat those unwanted emotions, in a new Instagram<\/strong> video on Tuesday!<\/p>\n

Uploading a time-lapse of her painting a large white sheet of paper in what app<\/a>ears to be the living room of her home, the \u2026Baby One More Time<\/em> vocalist shared:<\/p>\n

\u201cAs you guys know there\u2019s a lot of change going on in my life at the moment and today I was feeling overwhelmed so I went to Michael\u2019s<\/strong> and got white paper and paint !!!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Hinting at perhaps how dreary her thoughts have been, she added:<\/p>\n

\u201cI wanted to see color and this is me messing around !!! Ok so I\u2019m not a professional painter but I certainly felt like I was !!!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

She might not be a professional just yet, but many fans were ready to bid for the artist\u2019s latest creation! They even dubbed her \u201cARTNEY.\u201d LOLz!<\/p>\n

She certainly seemed like a pro, too, by not getting a single drop of paint on her all-white clothing! A very daring outfit choice, TBH\u2026 But that might have been the point because it sounds like the whole purpose behind this activity was to be a bit \u201crebellious.\u201d The 39-year-old continued:<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is an expression of how I\u2019m feeling at the moment \u2026 rebellious\u2026 colorful\u2026bright\u2026bold \u2026spontaneous\u2026magical\u2026so obviously showing my true colors !!!!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Wow! If that\u2019s how she\u2019s feeling, we are so happy! It\u2019s been a long time coming since the singer was feeling so \u201cmagical.\u201d We have to assume this has so much to do with the recent small victories in her ongoing legal battle.<\/p>\n

Innerestingly, the momma of two concluded the post:<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you look closely you can see find a fish in there somewhere !!!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
