A creep in Manhattan allegedly molested a young girl while being out on supervised release from a felony burglary case when he broke into a girl\u2019s room, The Post has learned.<\/p>\n

Raymond Wilson, a 31-year-old homeless man,\u00a0app<\/a>eared in Manhattan Supreme Court Thursday afternoon on charges of sex abuse and burglary in connection to the June 12 assault, court records show. <\/p>\n

In that incident, Wilson allegedly broke into the girl\u2019s room and rubbed his genitals on her foot, according to the criminal complaint. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe victim felt something slimy on her feet and noticed that the defendant was rubbing his penis on her toes, \u201d\u00a0Assistant District Attorney Meghan Mcnulty said in court.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201c<\/strong>The victim screamed for her parents but no one was home, except her younger sister who was sleeping in another room.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cops connected Wilson to the sexual assault through the DNA on a water bottle he left behind, the complaint says. <\/p>\n

Judge Anne Swern set bail at $500,000, according to court records.<\/p>\n

Police sources said the creep had been arrested nearly a dozen times this year alone, including four prior busts for burglary. <\/p>\n

But each of the nine times Wilson appeared before a Manhattan judge he was cut free on supervised release or released on his own recognizance, according to court records. <\/p>\n

A month before he broke into the girl\u2019s room he was busted for third-degree burglary in Manhattan, which is not a bail-eligible crime under bail reform, according to the Manhattan District Attorney\u2019s Office. <\/p>\n

None of the other charges appeared to be violent offenses. <\/p>\n

Wilson remained free until he allegedly broke into another Manhattan building in early July and the DA requested bail since he was facing another felony burglary while out on supervised release, according to the agency. <\/p>\n

A judge set bail at $7,500 on July 3, and he was jailed. <\/p>\n

Wilson remained behind bars until July 20 when he resolved all his 2021 charges, including larceny, robbery and drug possession, with a guilty plea in four of the cases, court papers show. <\/p>\n

Wilson was sentenced to time served and released. <\/p>\n

Just over a week later, cops busted him breaking into Theory Soho on Greene Street, according to his criminal complaint.<\/p>\n

The sticky-fingered man pinched 12 pairs of shorts, 12 shirts, and 2 pairs of shoes, valued at $3,520, the complaint says.<\/p>\n

Cops had already connected Wilson to the Noho sex abuse case and charged him in that when he was picked up for the burglary. <\/p>\n

In addition, authorities charged Wilson in connection to a burglary at 26 W. 20th St. where he allegedly broke in on May 16 and stole $100 in a box from the store, the complaint says. <\/p>\n

Wilson also has another pending burglary case from November of 2020, in which bail had been set at $1, according to court records. <\/p>\n

In that case, he broke into an office building at 1235 Broadway in Midtown and was caught by a worker watching porn on one of the office\u2019s computers, the criminal complaints says.<\/p>\n

Wilson allegedly ran off and took three laptops with him, the complaint says. Cops connected him to that crime through a Red Bull can he left behind, the complaints says.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
