The official website for the TV anime adaptation of Takeshi Obata and Tsugumi Ohba\u2019s Platinum End<\/em> manga revealed additional cast members and the anime\u2019s October 7 premiere date. The anime will run till March 2022 with 24 episodes and will adapt the manga\u2019s entire story.<\/span><\/p>\n

The newly added cast members include Kaori Maeda as Mimi Yamada and Sh\u014dya Chiba as Mizukiyo Minamikawa. Previously announced cast members include Miyu Irino as Mirai Kakehashi, Yui Ogura as Nasse, M.A.O. as Saki Hanakago, Natsuki Hanae as Rubel, Toshiyuki Morikawa as Nanato Mukaid\u014d, Ai Kayano as Bare, Kaito Ishikawa as Kanade Ury\u016b, Kikuko Inoue as Meiza, Tomoaki Maeno as Hajime Sokotani, and Hikaru Midorikawa as Balta.<\/span><\/p>\n

The anime\u2019s staff includes Hideya Takahashi (JoJo\u2019s Bizarre Adventure:<\/em>\u00a0Golden Wind)\u00a0<\/em>as director, K\u014dji \u014cya (No Game<\/a> No Life<\/em>) as character designer, Shinichi Inotsume (Gleipnir<\/em>) as series<\/a> composer, and Digital Frontier\u2019s Masanori Ikeda (Infini-T Force<\/em>) as 3DCG director. Signal MD is in charge of the animation production, while Kusanagi is contributing the backgrounds.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Platinum End<\/em> manga ran from 2015 to 2021 in Shueisha\u2019s Jump Square Magazine. Viz Media<\/a> publishes the manga in English and describes the story as:<\/span><\/p>\n
