When better to get closer to someone than on a very<\/em> early morning run?<\/p>\n

That at least seems to be what Erica (Vanessa Lengies), the head of the US Marshals dog training program, is hoping to accomplish in TV Insider\u2019s exclusive sneak peek of the August 4 episode of Turner & Hooch<\/em>. Because while US Marshal Scott Turner (Josh Peck) and their dogs seem to be having fun, she clearly would much rather be anywhere else, like in bed, still sleeping.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s so cool you\u2019re into running, too,\u201d Scott remarks. \u201cYeah, it\u2019s the best,\u201d Erica agrees, but \u201cdo you always start at 5 a.m.?\u201d<\/p>\n

He loves it (\u201cthe quiet really helps me think\u201d), but she jumps at the opportunity to take a break \u2014 for Hooch\u2019s sake, of course. That\u2019s when Scott seems to get her hopes up by saying, \u201cI\u2019ve been thinking about asking you something.\u201d Unfortunately for her, it\u2019s not on a date, but rather, it\u2019s about Hooch and the \u201cpotential\u201d she sees in his French Mastiff.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s smart, passionate. He\u2019s playful, tons of potential,\u201d she says. But for what, Scott asks.
