The Weeknd\u2019s music video for his upcoming single \u201cTake My Breath\u201d was scheduled to show in IMAX theaters this week prior to screenings of Suicide Squad<\/em>. However according to new reports by Variety<\/em><\/a> and TMZ<\/a>, the visual, which reportedly includes intense strobe lighting, has been pulled due to concerns over potential seizures. A representative for the Weeknd confirmed the news<\/a> to Pitchfork. The single and video will still be released this Friday on YouTube<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Weeknd initially teased his next single in a two-minute preview snippet on Monday (August 2). His official announcement of the track was shared with an ad made in conjunction with the Tokyo Olympics.<\/p>\n
