Hunting for his next prey-his name is Ted Bundy (<strong><em>Chad Michael Murray<\/em><\/strong>), and tracking him down are the intrepid female detective Kathleen McChesney (Holland Roden), working out of the Seattle Police bureau, and rookie FBI profiler Robert Ressler (Jake Hays), the government agent who coined the term &#8220;serial killer.&#8221; This is the true story behind the manhunt that brought America&#8217;s most fearsome boogeyman to justice.<br \/>\n<span class=\"related\">RELATED: Chad Michael Murray Is Ted Bundy in Serial Killer Biopic American Boogeyman<\/span><br \/>\n<em>The Haunting Of Sharon Tate<\/em> and <em>Halloween: The Curse Of Michael Myers<\/em> director Daniel Farrands wrote and directed the project, which stars Chad Michael Murray (<em>House<\/em> Of Wax}, <em>The Haunting In Connecticut 2: Ghosts Of Georgia<\/em>, and <em>Riverdale<\/em>) as Bundy. Rounding out the key cast are Genre actress Lin Shaye (<em>Insidious<\/em> franchise, <em>The Grudge, Penny Dreadful: City<\/em> Of Angels) and Holland Roden (<em>Escape Room 2<\/em>, <em>Teen Wolf<\/em>).
