We know that there are reports out there that the show executive producer and former\u00a0<em>Beauty and the Geek\u00a0<\/em>host is in \u201cadvanced talks\u201d to become the new host, but nothing is confirmed as of yet.<\/p>\n<p>Nonetheless, the reports are leading to an outcry on <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social media<\/a>, with a lot of people questioning why one of the more popular guest hosts was not chosen. After all, we\u2019ve seen people like LeVar Burton and Mayim Bialik receive rave reviews from a lot of viewers out there.<\/p>\n<p>So what does Burton himself have to say about some of the reports? While the\u00a0<em>Reading Rainbow\u00a0<\/em>host never mentions the story by name in a new post on <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/levarburton\/status\/1423307953562480644?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1423307953562480644%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&amp;ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Few.com%2Ftv%2Flevar-burton-mike-richards-jeopardy-host-report%2F\">Twitter<\/a>, it\u2019s pretty clear what he is talking about:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">I have said many times over these past weeks that no matter the outcome, I\u2019ve won. The outpouring of love and support from family, friends, and fans alike has been incredible! If love is the ultimate blessing and I believe that it is, I am truly blessed beyond measure.<\/p>\n<p>We will continue to be dis<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ointed that Burton did not have the same opportunity as some hosts earlier in the year \u2014 the initial run of guests had more than one week to shine in the position, and he also saw his episodes air up against the Olympics. Yet, he got a chance to fulfill a lifelong dream, and no matter what happens, we\u2019re thrilled for the opportunity to watch them.<\/p>\n<p>In our mind Richards wouldn\u2019t be the ideal host for\u00a0<em>Jeopardy!,\u00a0<\/em>largely since he doesn\u2019t have that x-factor that would make him so deeply attached to the brand.
