But with companies raising their marketing budgets after the reopening of the economy, The\u00a0Times\u00a0posted a 66 percent surge in ad sales.<\/p>\n<p>Most of that came from large <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/technology\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"4\" title=\"Technology\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">technology<\/a> and financial services businesses, which spent heavily on the company\u2019s targeted advertising products, Chief Financial Officer Roland Caputo said.<\/p>\n<p>The publication expects advertising revenue to rise by 30 percent to 35 percent in the current quarter.<\/p>\n<p>It posted an adjusted profit of 36 cents per share in the second quarter on revenue of $498.5 million.
