The plunder of future generations continues. Bitcoin fixes this.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>His words come the week after the Federal Reserve saw a new record on its balance sheet, which topped $8.24 trillion for the first time on July 26.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.cointelegraph.com\/uploads\/2021-08\/3c844ba2-56b4-488e-81f3-99c0b71eafa0.png\"><figcaption style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Federal Reserve balance sheet chart.
