Christopher Meloni, who plays beloved Detective Stabler on \u201cLaw & Order,\u201d got quite cheeky in a Brooklyn cover shoot for Men\u2019s Health<\/a> where he\u2019s seen tugging a vintage car, doing squats and posing blissfully nude with only a gym weight concealing his firearm.<\/p>\n

The ripped and tatted Meloni, who was stunned to make the cover at age 60, had been quick to admit that it\u2019s his oh-so-popular rear end making the headlines.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s kind of a thing about my butt,\u201d he said while discussing the \u201ccultural moment\u201d it\u2019s been enjoying. \u201cMy ass is. People are really into it.\u201d<\/p>\n

That ba-donk-a-donk, along with other physical qualities, have led to Meloni enjoying his newfound internet fame, thanks to several viral photos of his rear.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve been blessed with glutes that have an attractive shape,\u201d Meloni told Interview Magazine<\/a> previously, noting he\u2019s been working hard with a trainer. \u201cSo I guess you could argue that the glute-peeping public are now reaping the benefits of all that hard work.\u201d<\/p>\n

He\u2019s also fond of the nickname \u201czaddy,\u201d which is now an official word in the English language. <\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve been called that a lot, and who am I to argue with it?\u201d he told Interview. \u201cSure, I\u2019m a zaddy.\u201d<\/p>\n

But most of all, Meloni believes \u201cit\u2019s cool as sh-t\u201d to be on the cover of Men\u2019s Health at his age.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe aspect of age comes into play as far as the cover of [this magazine] and how I feel about it,\u201d he said in the September 2021 cover story, which details his intense fitness regimen. \u201cA friend of mine said, \u2018Did you ever think in a million years you\u2019d be on the cover of Men\u2019s Health?\u2019 I said, \u2018Certainly not at age 60.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Butt jokes aside, Meloni spilled some dirty details during his time on the force \u2014 particularly his initial departure from \u201cLaw & Order: SVU\u201d in 2011, noting that his cop salary wasn\u2019t enough.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey literally came to me on a Thursday night and said, \u2018This is the deal. We want the answer by tomorrow. It\u2019s our way or no way,\u2019 Meloni said after he tried compromising to app<\/a>ear on fewer episodes and accept the network\u2019s hardball amount. <\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t want to f\u2013k around with you guys. This is what I want. If you can\u2019t do it, that\u2019s fine. Let\u2019s figure out my exit,\u201d he said in rebuttal.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Though, reuniting with creator Dick Wolf for the recent hit show \u201cLaw & Order: Organized Crime\u201d hit all the right notes for Meloni.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt felt good to have to make that decision \u2014 which was a big yes-or-no decision \u2014 with a sense of clarity and a sense of certain things being correct,\u201d he said.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
