Even before the movie opened, the <strong><em>Guardians of the Galaxy<\/em><\/strong> filmmaker was working on a <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TV series<\/a> spin-off featuring <strong>John Cena<\/strong>\u2018s sociopathic, hyper-violent Captain America-type character <strong><em>Peacemaker<\/em><\/strong>. But it sounds like Gunn may have even more DC Comics tricks up his sleeve after he takes care of <strong><em>Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3<\/em><\/strong> at Marvel Studios.<span id=\"more-691775\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Speaking with <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/movies\/movie-features\/suicide-squad-james-gunn-peacemaker-guardians-3-1234993608\/\">The Hollywood Reporter<\/a>, James Gunn teased the possibility of other DC Comics projects he has cooking, but only after he\u2019s finished with <em>Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3<\/em>. Gunn said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe\u2019re dealing with a lot of different things. There are a lot of different things h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ening at the same time. You\u2019ve got the <i>Peacemaker<\/i> show, obviously, and then there are other projects. So we\u2019ll see what happens. We\u2019re always talking about different things, too, so there\u2019s a lot of dreaming going on, and dreaming is one of the most fun parts of moviemaking. While on a flight, Gunn answered some fan questions, including one that asked if there were other spin-off shows from <em>The Suicide Squad<\/em> in the works. Gunn didn\u2019t give a direct answer, but he teased fans with, \u201c<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/comicbook.com\/dc\/news\/the-suicide-squad-more-spinoffs-in-works\/\">Maaaaaaaaybe,<\/a>\u201d followed by some nervous-grinning and shrugging emojis.<\/p>\n<p>Since Peacemaker already has a spin-off on the way, what other characters from\u00a0<em>The Suicide Squad<\/em> deserve their own show? Since the movie makes good on the promise of killing off most of the team, there aren\u2019t many left alive to get their own show. Then again, it\u2019s possible that a spin-off series could focus on these characters at a point before the events of the movie, so maybe their fate doesn\u2019t preclude any of them from starring in their own show.<\/p>\n<p>No matter what James Gunn has in mind, DC Films President <strong>Walter Hamada<\/strong> is willing to pretty much let him do whatever he wants. Hamada recently said: \u201cGunn is always welcome back, whatever he wants to do. He really has a vision and he\u2019s a great partner with us. Whenever he wants to come back we\u2019re ready for him.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But for now, James Gunn has an entire Marvel movie to get done before we can really dig into his future with DC Comics properties. Aside from any possible spin-offs, we suppose there\u2019s the possibility that a proper sequel to <em>The Suicide Squad<\/em> could come together as well.
