Andrew Cuomo promised to fix New York\u2019s $2.4 billion rent relief program.<\/figcaption><figcaption><span class=\"credit\">Mary Altaffer\/Pool via REUTERS\/File Photo<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A spokesman for the governor did not return a message seeking comment Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>On Aug. 5, Schumer wrote Michael Hein, commissioner of the state\u2019s Office of Temporary Disability Assistance that oversees the program, on behalf of New York\u2019s 18-member Democratic congressional delegation.<\/p>\n<p>The members expressed \u201cdire concern\u201d over the \u201clack of significant disbursements\u201d and detailed some of the tech troubles cited by Strasburg.<\/p>\n<p>Their letter said users have reported the rent-relief Web site lacks a \u201csave and resume\u201d button, requiring an application to be filled out in just one sitting instead of over time.
