One person was killed and another wounded in a shooting outside a Target store in Pennsylvania on Sunday, according to reports.<\/p>\n

The gun-down took place around 2:15 p.m. in the parking lot of the Lower Nazareth Commons strip<\/a> mall in Lower Nazareth about 13 miles northeast of Allentown, WPIV-TV reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Police said an altercation erupted outside the Target there after at least two cars pulled into the lot, and the shots were fired, the outlet said.<\/p>\n

Two victims were wounded, with one later pronounced dead at a local hospital.<\/p>\n

Eyewitness Hunter Phillips, 21, told The Morning Call<\/a> that he and his father heard the gunshots while trying to find a parking spot.<\/p>\n

Phillips said he saw a man leaning over the hood of a white car firing off shots at a black vehicle, whose driver was returning fire, the outlet reported. <\/p>\n

Both gunmen later ran from the scene \u2014 one of them losing a shoe as he Fled, Phillips told the outlet, adding that a passenger in the black vehicle then fell out of the car and was covered in blood. <\/p>\n

\u201cHe was so disoriented,\u201d he said of the shot passenger. \u201cHe was really bleeding bad.\u201d<\/p>\n

More than a dozen police cars responded to the shopping center. <\/p>\n

\u201cI just came to get some shorts,\u201d Phillips told the Call. \u201cThis is such a nice community, and something like this has to happ<\/a>en. I just honestly hope that guy is OK.\u201d<\/p><\/div>\n
