A third suspect has been arrested in connection to the beating death of a man during a Bronx fender-bender last month \u2014 and was released after posting bail, according to cops and public records.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Erick Martinez, 28, was busted Thursday and charged with manslaughter and criminal mischief, weeks after the death of Geuris Guillermo, 42, who was attacked by a mob early July 25 in Mount Hope, authorities said early Monday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

City Department of Correction records indicated Monday that Martinez paid bail and was discharged.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The monetary amount was unclear, as the Bronx DA\u2019s Office did not immedia<\/a>tely respond to a request for information about Martinez\u2019s case.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Geuris showed up at the scene after his 38-year-old brother, Ambiori Guillermo, was involved in a fender-bender near the corner of East 176 Street and Carter Avenue, police said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Then a group of 10 to 15 people punched and kicked the brothers, at one point stomping on Gueris\u2019 head, knocking him unconscious, prosecutors said.<\/p>\n

Gueris suffered an internal brain bleed and was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he died two days later, authorities and prosecutors said.<\/p>\n

Ambiori was taken to Lincoln Medical Center with significant pain, bruising and swelling, in addition to a dislocated right shoulder, prosecutors said.<\/p>\n

Their attackers also stole musical equipment from Ambiori\u2019s car, according to a criminal complaint.<\/p>\n

Two other suspects in the beat-down, Thomas Ellington, 29, and Luciano Norales, 27, were arrested at the scene, cops said.<\/p>\n

Police charged both men with attempted robbery, gang assault and assault, authorities said.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors added second-degree attempted murder, among other charges.\u00a0<\/p>\n

After Geuris died, the case was ruled a homicide \u2014 and prosecutors said late last month the case was under investigation for potential upgraded charges.<\/p>\n

Ellington posted $20,000 bail and Norales was granted supervised release.<\/p>\n

Ellington said he \u201ctook some stuff out\u201d from the car but didn\u2019t steal anything, according to a criminal complaint.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Norales allegedly told a detective, \u201cI didn\u2019t hit him. But I wanted to so badly.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was so angry, but I didn\u2019t,\u201d he said, according to the criminal complaint. \u201cI grabbed him and I said, \u2018I need your information,\u2019 and then he ran.\u201d\n <\/p><\/div>\n
