“#Two more women contacted AG with allegations against Cuomo<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

Two more women app<\/a>roached the state Attorney General<\/a>\u2019s Office with allegations against Gov. Andrew Cuomo after Attorney General Letitia James released her sexual harassment report against him last week, The Post has learned.<\/p>\n

But the women were told the AG\u2019s investigation was officially over and were referred to local law enforcement authorities, a source familiar with the matter said.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s unclear who the women are, what they allege Cuomo did to them or where and when the alleged incidents took place.<\/p>\n

James wasn\u2019t even briefed on their allegations, the source said.<\/p>\n

The report accused Cuomo of sexually harassing 11 women, nine of whom are current or former state employees. <\/p>\n

They include Brittany Commisso, 32, who in an interview broadcast Monday on \u201cCBS This Morning\u201d said Cuomo, 63, groped her breast in the Executive Mansion last year and also grabbed her butt while they were taking selfies.<\/p>\n

Commisso also described having being hugged by Cuomo, saying, \u201cThese were not hugs he would give his mother or his brother. These are hugs with the intention of getting some personal sexual satisfaction out of it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Commisso filed a complaint last week with the Albany County Sheriff\u2019s Department, leading Sheriff Craig Apple to say Saturday that Cuomo could face \u201ca couple\u201d of misdemeanor charges. <\/p>\n

Albany District Attorney David Soares had earlier said he was launching an investigation based on James\u2019 report, which he said had \u201cled myself and other prosecutors with concurrent jurisdiction to believe that criminal activity in fact had taken place.\u201d<\/p>\n

State law makes it a misdemeanor to commit \u201cforcible touching,\u201d which involves touching someone\u2019s \u201csexual or other intimate parts\u201d to degrade or abuse the person or to gratify the perpetrator\u2019s \u201csexual desire.\u201d<\/p>\n

Four other DAs \u2014 in Manhattan, as well as Nassau, Westchester and Oswego counties \u2014 also said they were investigating alleged incidents detailed in the report.<\/p>\n

The Nassau DA\u2019s Office said it hadn\u2019t heard from any accusers not mentioned in James\u2019 report. The other prosecutors\u2019 offices didn\u2019t immedia<\/a>tely return requests for comment.<\/p>\n

Cuomo has been in hiding since James released her report on Tuesday but he released a pre-recorded video statement in which he denied having ever \u201ctouched anyone inappropriately\u201d and suggested James\u2019 investigation was politically motivated.<\/p>\n

His personal defense lawyer, former US Justice Department official Rita Glavin, has also attacked the credibility of some of his accusers, saying of Commisso, \u201cThis woman\u2019s story, as stated as fact in the report, is false.\u201d<\/p>\n

James\u2019s office declined to comment and Cuomo\u2019s office didn\u2019t immediately return an inquiry.<\/p>\n
