As the government races to analyze the potential threat and contain the story, the 4400 themselves must grapple with the fact that they\u2019ve been returned with a few\u2026upgrades, and the increasing likelihood that they were all brought back now for a specific reason.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4400_Season_1_Showrunner_and_Crew\"><\/span>4400 Season 1 Showrunner and Crew<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>This new iteration was created by\u00a0<strong>Ariana Jackson<\/strong> (<em>Riverdale<\/em>) and <strong>Anna Fricke<\/strong> (<em>Walker<\/em>), who serve as the showrunners. They\u2019ll executive produce alongside <strong>Laura Terry<\/strong>. <strong>Erica Watson<\/strong> is set to direct the pilot; her previous credits include <em>Krypton<\/em>, <em>The L Word: Generation Q<\/em>, <em>All American<\/em>, <em>For Life<\/em>, and more. Thompson<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>Adventures in New America<\/em>) as Dr. Andre, <strong>Cory Jeacoma<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>Power Book II: Ghost<\/em>) as Logan, <strong>Ireon Roach<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>Candyman<\/em>) as Keisha, <strong>Derrick A. The first version of the show served as an early starring opportunity for eventual Oscar winner Mahershala Ali, so who knows?
