Andrew Cuomo\u2019s \u201cenabler-in-chief\u201d Melissa DeRosa was spotted by his side Tuesday as he left his Manhattan office after announcing his resignation.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>DeRosa, who resigned from her role as secretary to the governor on Sunday, was spotted walking with Cuomo, his daughter Michaela Kennedy-Cuomo and his office director Stephanie Benton as they prepared to board a helicopter out of the city.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Dressed in a navy blue, polka dot dress, sunglasses and her signature Gucci bag, it\u2019s the first time DeRosa has been seen publicly since saying she was stepping down from the state\u2019s highest-ranking <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ointed position.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Cuomo loyalist, 38, didn\u2019t note in her resignation statement when her last day was but the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ShaneGoldmacher\/status\/1425192373924007940\">New York Times reported<\/a> it\u2019s timed with Cuomo\u2019s own resignation and will take effect in 14 days.\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_19086542\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-19086542 lazyload\" alt=\"Gov.
