Joining the Marvel machine with <em>Thor: Ragnarok<\/em>\u00a0could have spelled creative doom for the bubbly talent, but he still managed to inject his lively energy into the proceedings and is already well on his way to doing the same with the sequel, <em>Thor: Love and Thunder<\/em>. On top of everything else, Waititi also has a secretive <strong><em>Star Wars<\/em><\/strong> project on the docket and, thankfully, fans can rest assured that it\u2019ll remain Taika Waititi through and through.<\/p>\n<p>It was a pleasant surprise indeed when we first found out that Lucasfilm had hired Waititi to direct a <em>Star Wars<\/em> movie of his own. In a long profile with <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wired.co.uk\/article\/taika-waititi-free-guy\">Wired<\/a>, the filmmaker reiterates that the film will still boast everything that makes a Taika Waititi movie, well, a Taika Waititi movie, and touches upon the status of the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">script<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><!-- SlashFilm_300x250_In_Post -->\u201cIt\u2019s still in the \u2018EXT. SPACE\u2019 stage. But we\u2019ve got a story. I\u2019m really excited by it because it feels very me.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>His reference to \u201cEXT. SPACE\u201d alludes to the screenwriting format of indicating establishing shots before the start of a scene, so it\u2019s safe to say that Waititi is still <em>very<\/em> early on in the process of writing the script. Directing duo Phil Lord and Chris Miller controversially parted ways with Star Wars during filming for <em>Solo: A Star Wars Story<\/em>\u00a0while Colin Trevorrow similarly left pre-production of what turned out to be <em>The Rise of Skywalker<\/em>, to name only two of the most notorious examples. For his part, Waititi suggests that he\u2019s had no problems at all integrating his peculiarities with the ongoing <em>Star Wars<\/em> behemoth. In explaining the tightrope he tries to accomplish with his <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">movies<\/a>, he adds:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI tend to go down that little sincerity alleyway in my films.
