Another Jeffrey Epstein victim has come forward, alleging in a new lawsuit that she was sexually abused by the dead pedophile for 15 years beginning when she was in high school, according to court papers.<\/p>\n

The victim \u2014 who filed suit anonymously in Manhattan Supreme Court on Tuesday under the name Alice Poe \u2014 alleges Epstein had her recruited to New York so he could abuse her, which he did from 2003 until 2018. <\/p>\n

\u201cConsistent with Epstein\u2019s modus operandi,\u201d while the woman was under age in high school, Epstein trafficked her to the Big App<\/a>le \u201cunder the guise of being recruited to work,\u201d the court papers claim.<\/p>\n

After she arrived, the 66-year-old hedge funder repeatedly sexually abused and raped her \u201con a continuous and systematic basis from 2003 through 2010,\u201d the court documents claim.<\/p>\n

\u201cEpstein\u2019s horrific crimes and tortious acts continued with less frequency through 2018,\u201d the suit charges.<\/p>\n

The woman was subjected to \u201cstrangulation, slapping, beating, tormenting, abuse, insult, coercion, gaslighting and physical injuries\u201d that resulted in \u201cconfusion, trauma bonding\u201d and other emotional and physical injuries, the filing claims.<\/p>\n

The woman \u201cwas young, vulnerable and struggling financially\u201d and \u201cEpstein used techniques to further inhibit, indoctrinate, and threaten the plaintiff such that she was forced to comply with what he requested to achieve his goals and desires,\u201d the court papers claim.<\/p>\n

She has had to seek medical care for her \u201cpermanent and lasting\u201d emotional and physical injuries, the court documents claim.<\/p>\n

The victim \u2014 who was able to bring her claim under New York\u2019s Child Victims Act, which ends Saturday \u2014 is suing Epstein\u2019s estate for unspecified damages.<\/p>\n

Lawyers for the estate did not immedia<\/a>tely return a request for comment.<\/p>\n

On Monday, an Epstein Victims\u2019 Compensation Program ended after paying over 130 victims $121 million. Many victims have chosen to fight their claims in court instead of opting into the fund.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
