Ed Felten, co-founder of Offchain Labs \u2014 the team behind Arbitrum \u2014 stated:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cProviding smart contract developers on Arbitrum One with native access to Chainlink&#8217;s oracle networks was crucial to ensure all of the smart contract use cases that exist on the Ethereum blockchain can be seamlessly ported over to Arbitrum with next to zero changes.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>While only Chainlink\u2019s USD-denominated price feeds are live currently, the team plans to quickly launch new price and data pairings, noting growing demand for \u201chybrid on-chain\/off-chain smart contracts\u201d in the sporting, gaming and nonfungible token sectors.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Chainlink also plans to launch its verifiable random function on Arbitrum One, enabling provably fair random number creation for <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a>s and other applications. Chainlink\u2019s Proof of Reserve service will also launch on Arbitrum One, allowing collateralized assets to be audited and any web API to be called.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Related: <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>Layer 2 network Arbitrum ships guarded launch, attracts major DeFi protocols<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Offchain Labs launched Arbitrum One in late May, marking a major milestone in the growth of Ethereum\u2019s layer-two ecosystem.
