Instead, the tenant had carefully adorned it with a four-foot pile of \u201ctoilet paper and feces\u201d like a \u201cleaning tower of poo-sa,\u201d Webb described. They then used a digger to compact the trash into the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Naturally, some might wonder how a landlord ever let one of his properties get to this point in the first place. However, the owner claims that he tried to inspect the flat on numerous occasions over months of unpaid rent, only to have the renter talk his way out of it each time. <\/p>\n<p>Salvation finally came after the fed-up landlord opted to try and evict the freeloader, whereupon the hoarder left on his own accord, thereby relinquishing the property to the owner.
