\n It\u2019s enough to make you \u2018ele-faint.\u2019<\/p>\n

A Queens couple was caught trying to sell two stools made out of elephant feet, a class E felony under state law, officials said Wednesday.<\/p>\n

The mammoth bust went down May 25, when officers with the state Dept. of Environmental Conservation spotted the seats listed for sale online with an $1,800 price tag.<\/p>\n

Investigators said the couple was trying to hawk the app<\/a>arent family heirlooms for some extra cash.<\/p>\n

They were handed a $500 fine, but officers suspended the penalty after the stools were handed over.<\/p>\n

The items will now be used for educational purposes, the DEC said.\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
