“#New Fitbit Charge 5 Leaks Tease a Colorful Update \u2013 Review Geek”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Just a few weeks after a <\/span>leak revealed<\/span> a potential new Fitbit device, another leak<\/a> is here, showing the device in more detail. The leak features renders labeled as the Fitbit Charge 5 and shows off the device\u2019s snazzy new design across several color options.<\/span><\/p>\n

This time, the leak is sourced from <\/span>Evan Blass<\/span><\/a>, who shared several renders of the device in its various color schematics on Twitter<\/a>. We can see the wearable straight-on, from the side, and from a couple of angles, and it gives us a better feel of the potential new Fitbit. The colorways included an all-black option, one with a bluish band and silver face, and one with a white band and gold face.<\/span><\/p>\n

The renders also show off a device that clearly pulled some inspiration from the design of the <\/span>Fitbit Luxe<\/span>. The device has a bold color display, which follows the Luxe\u2019s lead and sets a new precedent for the Charge line (it has always used a black-and-white display).<\/span><\/p>\n

Blass\u2019 leaked renders reveal a device that\u2019s more or less identical to the device shown in <\/span>last month\u2019s leak<\/span>, which was codenamed \u201cMorgan.\u201d We can see the date, time, and current heart rate on the display. There\u2019s also a gauge on there, but it\u2019s unclear what data it\u2019s meant to represent. It could be for the device\u2019s battery life, for your daily steps goal, or another health metric. Hardware-wise, the wearable boasts a large touch strip<\/a> to the side.<\/span><\/p>\n

Additionally, each render features the same date on each of the devices: October 23. We still don\u2019t know when the Fitbit Charge 5 (or whatever this device\u2019s name may ultimately be) will be released, but that date could signify the upcoming release date.
