The bank said in a memo sent Tuesday that proof of vaccination will help create a \u201ccomfortable and safe work environment\u201d for employees going back to the office.<\/p>\n<p>People close to the bank say that as more workers return to the office \u2014 as many as 50 percent of staff are back on a daily basis \u2014 the company wants to make sure everyone in the office is fully vaccinated. We do our work inside Morgan Stanley offices, and that\u2019s where we teach, that\u2019s where our interns learn, that\u2019s how we develop people,\u201d chief executive\u00a0James Gorman\u00a0said during the firm\u2019s annual U.S. Financials, Payments &amp; CRE conference from the bank\u2019s Midtown office, which was held virtually this year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you can go into a restaurant in New York City, you can come into the office.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But the whole process of bringing people back in a safe manner is proving trickier than expected. <\/p>\n<p>At Goldman Sachs, most Big <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">App<\/a>le staff were required to be back at their desks in June.
