Jenkins discusses and performs the single in a new episode of the \u201cSong that Found Me at the Right Time\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a>. More and more, when it comes to my mental health, singing is one of the most powerful tools I have to engage my nervous system in a way that harnesses a sense of safety in my body, which in turn allows me to move through my emotions and the world more freely.
