{"id":330032,"date":"2021-08-24T19:45:04","date_gmt":"2021-08-24T16:45:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.buradabiliyorum.com\/viacomcbs-puts-historic-cbs-studios-lot-up-for-sale\/"},"modified":"2021-08-24T19:45:04","modified_gmt":"2021-08-24T16:45:04","slug":"viacomcbs-puts-historic-cbs-studios-lot-up-for-sale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/viacomcbs-puts-historic-cbs-studios-lot-up-for-sale\/","title":{"rendered":"#ViacomCBS puts historic CBS Studios lot up for sale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;<strong>#ViacomCBS puts historic CBS Studios lot up for sale<\/strong>&#8221;<\/p>\n<div>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignleft\">\n        <\/aside>\n<p>ViacomCBS is putting its historic CBS Studio Center lot in Studio City on the block.<\/p>\n<p>CBS\u2019s 38-acre campus on Radford Avenue, dubbed the \u201cRadford Lot,\u201d has been home over the years to such popular TV shows as \u201cSeinfeld,\u201d \u201cGilligan\u2019s Island,\u201d \u201cThe Mary Tyler Moore Show,\u201d \u201cThe Bob Newhart Show,\u201d \u201cGunsmoke\u201d and \u201cBig Brother.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>ViacomCBS chief executive George Cheeks told employees of the potential sale in a memo late Monday, adding that the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a> giant has t<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ed commercial real estate firm JLL to investigate all options for the space. <\/p>\n<p>He said the move \u201caligns with our strategy to divest non-core assets like real estate and direct that value to priorities such as creating more of our best-in-class content.\u201d The CEO assured staffers that the company would have adequate capacity for broadcast and studio production.
