This month, Paramount released new Blu-ray editions of two of their most famous titles:\u00a0Ghost<\/em><\/strong>, the movie where Patrick Swayze<\/strong>\u2018s ghost annoys Whoopi Goldberg<\/strong>, and\u00a0Clueless<\/em><\/strong>, where Alicia Silverstone<\/strong> falls in love with her step-brother, the immortal Paul Rudd<\/strong>. To celebrate these new releases, we\u2019re giving away free copies of the\u00a0Ghost<\/em> Blu-ray and the\u00a0Clueless<\/em> steelbook Blu-ray.<\/p>\n

In\u00a0Ghost<\/em>, released in 1990, Patrick Swayze is Sam, \u201cwho is recently departed from the living world, but left behind in spirit form. While desperate to reconnect with the love of his life, Molly (Demi Moore), Sam discovers his death wasn\u2019t just a random robbery gone bad. To solve his own murder, he enlists the talents of a skeptical psychic (Whoopi Goldberg), who doesn\u2019t even believe her own abilities.\u201d It\u2019s the movie that made pottery sexy.<\/p>\n

In\u00a0Clueless<\/em>, which is marking its 25th anniversary this year, Alicia Silverstone is Cher, a high school student \u201cwho thrives on shopping, enjoys the perfect social<\/a> life, and plays matchmaker to all her friends.\u201d<\/p>\n

These two very different movies<\/a> are both from Paramount, and Paramount just put out new Blu-rays of each.\u00a0Clueless<\/em> arrives in a steelbook to mark the 25th anniversary, while the\u00a0Ghost<\/em> release is part of the new Paramount Presents Blu-ray line. And we\u2019re giving away copies of each! The\u00a0Clueless<\/em>\u00a0Blu-ray \u201cincludes over an hour of previously released special features including a \u2018Clue or False\u2019 trivia game<\/a>, a fashion featurette, a look at the class of \u201995, a \u2018Suck \u2018n Blow\u2019 tutorial, original theatrical trailers and more.\u201d<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Ghost<\/em> Blu-ray \u201cis presented in collectible packaging that includes a foldout image of the original theatrical poster, and an interior spread with key movie moments. Newly remastered from a 4K film transfer supervised by director Jerry Zucker, the Ghost<\/em> Blu-ray also includes a new Filmmaker Focus with the director, as well as previously released commentary by Jerry Zucker and writer Bruce Joel Rubin, a look at the making of the film, and the featurette \u201cAlchemy of a Love Scene.\u201d<\/p>\n
