But one new feature coming to Fitbit Premium stood out, and that\u2019s the ability to use Fitbit\u2019s metrics to determine whether you should workout or rest on a given day.<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fitbit_Premiums_Cool_New_Feature\"><\/span>Fitbit Premium\u2019s Cool New Feature<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Google <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.google\/products\/fitbit\/premium-daily-readiness\/\">announced<\/a> a new Fitbit feature called \u201cDaily Readiness.\u201d It provides you with a score based on how ready your body is for a workout.<\/p>\n<p>The feature uses Fitbit\u2019s data, including your activity, heart rate variability, and recent sleep, to determine how ready your body is for exercise. It can be tough to know whether you\u2019re better off prioritizing recovery or working out, and this new feature will make it easier to decide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RELATED:<\/strong> <strong><em>How to Clean Any Smartwatch, Wearable, or Fitness Band<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Not only can this help you stay healthy, but studies have shown that recovery is just as crucial as actually exercising in terms of seeing actual results.<\/p>\n<p>When your Daily Readiness score is high,\u00a0Fitbit will suggest Premium workouts that you can do to maximize your exercise.<\/p>\n<p>The new feature is part of <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/redirect.viglink.com\/?key=204a528a336ede4177fff0d84a044482&amp;u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.fitbit.com%2Fglobal%2Fus%2Fproducts%2Fservices%2Fpremium\">Fitbit Premium<\/a>, which requires an extra $9.99 per month sub<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">script<\/a>ion.
