“#Adrian Grenier WOULD Return To Hollywood For An Entourage Revival! With This Twist!

\nCould\u00a0Entourage<\/em> be the next\u00a0HBO<\/strong> show to return years later? As the buzz around the\u00a0Sex and the City<\/em> revival heats up, the \u201cnot TV\u201d network has been looking for another established hit to lure in viewers. A\u00a0True Blood<\/em> reboot has been teased recently. Is\u00a0Entourage<\/em> next??<\/p>\n

And in case you didn\u2019t hear last year, star\u00a0Kevin Dillon<\/strong>, aka Johnny Drama, spilled in an interview last November that creator\u00a0Doug Ellin<\/strong> was considering bringing back the show. The showrunner teased on social media<\/a> that he was \u201cconsidering my consideration.\u201d<\/p>\n

But obviously they could bring back the show without Vincent Chase, the movie star at the center of all the show\u2019s plotlines. And we don\u2019t know if y\u2019all heard but\u00a0Adrian Grenier<\/strong> is a farmer now. Yes, for real. The heartthrob took his TV money and retired to Texas. We\u2019re not kidding, read about it HERE!<\/p>\n

But before he settled down, the\u00a0Drive Me Crazy<\/em> alum still had a couple projects in the can, including a\u00a0Netflix<\/strong> limited series<\/a> called\u00a0Clickbait<\/em>. And while he was doing promo for that,\u00a0EW<\/em> couldn\u2019t resist asking him about returning to his best known role.<\/p>\n

We would have assumed he\u2019d reiterated that he was living a more rustic lifestyle, but to our surprise he seems to have left the barn door open to the possibility of returning! He told the outlet on Wednesday:<\/p>\n

\u201cFirst, I\u2019ll look at the deal. What is it? What are we doing? I\u2019m pretty open to anything. I\u2019m pretty focused right now, but if there\u2019s an opportunity to reboot Entourage<\/em>, I\u2019d certainly take a look.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Sounds like he\u2019s still got a soft spot for the show that made him a household name\u2026 and, you know, made him a house.<\/p>\n

He does have thoughts about how the show could be different if it came back. No, not shocking, unexpected deaths. Just a funny twist of fate following the way the show was going the last time we left off. He suggested:<\/p>\n

\u201cI think Turtle would be Vince. Turtle would be the celebrity. And I\u2019d drive him.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

By the end of the movie six years ago, Jerry Ferrara<\/strong>\u2018s character was a multimillionaire entrepreneur who was looking fantastic. It\u2019s easy to see him becoming a celeb in his own right \u2014 and film careers ebb and flow, so maybe Vince is at a low point? It makes a fun kind of sense!<\/p>\n

Ellin, who has been vocal about not wanting to bring the show back without any of the original cast, clearly saw the interview. He posted a screengrab of Grenier saying he was \u201copen to anything\u201d to his Instagram<\/strong> with a single word caption:<\/p>\n

\u201cNoted.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Sounds like this could be a real possibility!<\/p>\n

There are, however, a couple speed bumps\u2026<\/p>\n

In the years since the show took its final bow, two of the stars have faced sexual misconduct allegations.<\/p>\n

Jeremy Piven<\/strong> was one of the first actors whose names came up at the dawn of the #MeToo movement. He has been accused by at least four women of various levels of harassment in incidents that span his career. One was an actress named Ariane Bellamar<\/strong>, who said he twice cornered and groped her on the set of\u00a0Entourage<\/em>. Piven subsequently had his\u00a0CBS<\/strong> show\u00a0Wisdom Of The Crowd<\/em> canceled. HBO made a statement at the time which came off as very protective\u2026 of themselves:<\/p>\n

\u201cToday, via the press reports, is the first we are hearing about Ariane Bellamar\u2019s allegations concerning Jeremy Piven. Everyone at HBO and our productions is aware that zero tolerance for sexual harassment is our policy. Anyone experiencing an unsafe working environment has several avenues for making complaints that we take very seriously.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Piven has strongly denied all claims, even taking a lie detector test to prove his innocence.<\/p>\n

Last Summer,\u00a0Kevin Connolly<\/strong> was accused of rape by a costume designer who says the former \u201cP***y Posse\u201d member initiated sex without her consent at the wrap party for his 2005 movie The Gardener Of Eden<\/em>, which she had worked on.<\/p>\n

Connolly has also denied anything nonconsensual happ<\/a>ened, admitting only to \u201ca lack of professionalism\u201d on his part.<\/p>\n

No charges have been filed against either actor. But the accusations are out there. The question is, would HBO take either of these two back with that kind of cloud over them? Would the audience??<\/p>\n
