Famitsu<\/a> has published its estimated physical game<\/a> software and hardware sales data for Japan for the week of August 23, 2021 to August 29, 2021. <\/span><\/p>\n

The anticipated visual novel remake Tsukihime: A Piece of Blue Glass Moon<\/em> was the highest selling new release of the week, debuting at 72,237 sales on Switch and 66,171 sales on PlayStation 4 for a total of 138,408 retail copies sold.<\/p>\n

On the hardware side, the Switch family sold 63254 units, the PlayStation 5 family sold 20,154 units, the Xbox Series<\/a> family sold 5,669 units, and the PlayStation 4 family sold 2,067 units. Next-generation consoles continue to face stock issues.<\/p>\n
