Meanwhile, two couples are starting to plan their weddings, and getting on the same page about some things is easier said than done.<\/p>\n<p>Read on for all the drama as Season 3 continues.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jenny_and_Sumit\"><\/span>Jenny and Sumit<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Remember how the premiere ended with Jenny ready to return to the U.S. and never come back to India? Well, that\u2019s where we pick up with the couple, and fortunately for them, it turns out there was a glitch and her visa extension was <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>roved. But that doesn\u2019t change the fact that Sumit still won\u2019t marry her. \u201cDid you ever intend to marry me? Ever?\u201d Jenny asks.<\/p>\n<p>With marriage out as a permanent solution for her to stay in India, they go to see an immigration lawyer to find out their options. He asks if she\u2019s ready to give up her American citizenship. That\u2019s a firm no. She\u2019s left with one technical option: ISKCON (International Society of Krishna Consciousness) and a missionary visa. And he definitely reads into the fact that she\u2019s not wearing her ring (and wonders if she\u2019s ashamed since it\u2019s cheap). It was an honest mistake, she insists, and he goes home to retrieve it.<\/p>\n<p>Ariela knows that Biniyam isn\u2019t comfortable with this visit, but she thinks that he\u2019ll understand her and Leandro\u2019s relationship is over once he sees them together. (Does it help that at one point she suggests that Leandro come live with them? No.) Instead, as Leandro settles into the guest bedroom, Biniyam worries the exes will rekindle their love.<\/p>\n<p>It gets worse when Leandro takes out the gifts he bought and items Ariela requested, including bras she can\u2019t get in Ethiopia. His girlfriend picked them out, he assures the couple (and we\u2019re pretty sure this is the first time his girlfriend has been mentioned in these two episodes). To Biniyam, it\u2019s still inappropriate. When he picks up his last paycheck, his boss expresses his concerns about Steven abandoning everything for a relationship that might not work out. But Steven thinks the \u201cinvestment\u201d is worth it because she\u2019s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Alina\u2019s mother, Anna, is still worried about her daughter moving to be with someone she\u2019s only known in person a week. \u201cHe\u2019s still a stranger to me,\u201d Anna says. She also doesn\u2019t like that he\u2019s Mormon (\u201cthey do dark things\u201d). And to her surprise, Alina plans to say yes if he proposes. She trusts him, she insists.<\/p>\n<p>But should she? As we learn, he\u2019s been talking to and hanging out with female friends too much for Alina\u2019s comfort and he asked for her permission to date other girls. (Alina\u2019s friends suggest she hire someone to try to seduce him as a test.) Then, the day before the move, Steven surprises Alina when he tells her he\u2019s gotten them separate apartments in Turkey (hers is a bit nicer). He\u2019s worried he\u2019ll be tempted to have sex, and not only is chastity necessary if she wants to be baptized in his church, but the bishop might also frown upon cohabitation before marriage. The only problem? The cost. Even though she never dreamed about her wedding, she still wants to have the best everything and something that will make her friends jealous. He, on the other hand, was hoping she\u2019d help with some of the costs. \u201cIt\u2019s not how it works here,\u201d she laughs. \u201cThe man pays for the wedding.\u201d But when he gets a look at the average prices, he\u2019s definitely not laughing; his brother got married in the U.S. for significantly cheaper, he argues. He doesn\u2019t know how he\u2019s going to pay for the wedding.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kenneth_and_Armando\"><\/span>Kenneth and Armando<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Also planning their wedding are Kenneth and Armando, and the latter puts together a vision board with his daughter, Hannah. The first point of contention is the guest list. Armando has at least 100 people to invite (family, friends, people in the neighborhood), while Kenneth had been looking at 50-100 as the total number. (Speaking of Armando\u2019s relatives, he doesn\u2019t even know if his mom told his dad he\u2019s engaged; his family wasn\u2019t supportive when he came out.)<\/p>\n<p>They meet with a wedding planner, Hugo, and his assistant, Carlos, and Armando says he feels comfortable working with them because they\u2019re both gay and can offer some insight. Have they had problems with vendors, bakers, and venues that don\u2019t want to cater to same-sex couples? And so it\u2019s time for her to tell the rest of her friends \u2014 Kelly, Scott, and John \u2014 what only Hiromi knows so far: this isn\u2019t just a vacation, <em>and<\/em> Ellie\u2019s back with Victor after he cheated on her. What if there\u2019s another woman? She\u2019d walk away. However, as they remind her, she\u2019s selling everything, including her business. Her friends aren\u2019t so sure, but she thinks she can trust him, despite the past. They also don\u2019t like how much money she\u2019s putting into the house he\u2019s building them, but Ellie argues she wants a quality bathroom and will be living there.<\/p>\n<p>Hiromi asks if she\u2019s done a background check on him, and when Ellie says she hasn\u2019t, Kelly asks if it\u2019s because she\u2019s worried about what she\u2019ll find. Ellie claims she\u2019s not, considering he told her about a domestic violence charge for an incident between him and his daughter\u2019s mother. (He walked in on his ex-girlfriend and another guy in bed together, and Ellie has spoken with his ex. They have a good relationship now.)<\/p>\n<p>Ellie blames that conversation with her friends for a dream she has about the other woman Victor was with being pregnant, and she calls him, looking for him to reassure her. She\u2019s long gone, he promises. He loves her, and people make mistakes. That doesn\u2019t mean they won\u2019t talk about it once she gets there, she says.
