{"id":336978,"date":"2021-09-09T14:55:07","date_gmt":"2021-09-09T11:55:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.buradabiliyorum.com\/google-pushing-critical-race-theory-in-staff-training-report\/"},"modified":"2021-09-09T14:55:07","modified_gmt":"2021-09-09T11:55:07","slug":"google-pushing-critical-race-theory-in-staff-training-report","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/google-pushing-critical-race-theory-in-staff-training-report\/","title":{"rendered":"#Google pushing critical race theory in staff training: report"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;<strong>#Google pushing critical race theory in staff training: report<\/strong>&#8221;<\/p>\n<div>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignleft\">\n        <\/aside>\n<p>Google is reportedly pushing critical race theory on its employees with antiracism trainings that tell staff Americans as young as three months old are raised to be racist in a \u201csystem of white supremacy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>One of the videos in the initiative also features Kamau Bobb, a former diversity chief who was reassigned earlier this year after antisemitic comments he made resurfaced, according to Christopher Rufo, a senior fellow at the conservative Manhattan Institute.<\/p>\n<p>In the video, Bobb \u2014 who wrote in a 2007 blog post\u00a0that Jews have \u201can insatiable <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>etite for war and killing\u201d \u2014 hosts a discussion with guest lecturer Nikole Hannah-Jones, the editor of The New York Times\u2019 1619 Project, Rufo <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.city-journal.org\/a-radical-racial-reeducation-program-at-google\">reported in City Journal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you\u2019re white in this country, then you have to understand that whether you personally are racist or not, whether you personally engage in racist behavior or not, you are the beneficiary of a 350-year system of white supremacy and racial hierarchy,\u201d Hannah-Jones reportedly says in the video. <\/p>\n<p>In another guest lecturer video, Ibram X. Rufo \u2694\ufe0f (@realchrisrufo) <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/realchrisrufo\/status\/1435697321824559104?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">September 8, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>In that segment, the instructors reportedly tell employees to \u201cmanage [their] reactions to privilege\u201d \u2014 which are likely to include feelings of \u201cembarrassment, shame, fear, [and] anger\u201d \u2014 through \u201cbody movement,\u201d \u201cdeep breathing,\u201d \u201caccessing [their] \u2018happy place,\u2019\u201d and \u201ccry[ing].\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Google staff have also reportedly circulated unofficial documents that contain disclaimers that say they should not be considered official company policy.<\/p>\n<p>One such document that Rufo said was created by Google diversity, equity, and inclusion lead Beth Foster includes a graphic that says \u201ccolorblindness,\u201d \u201c[American] exceptionalism,\u201d \u201cColumbus Day,\u201d \u201cweaponized whiteness,\u201d and \u201cMake America Great Again\u201d are all expressions of \u201ccovert white supremacy.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"embed-wrapper twitter\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">A Google DEI Lead created an internal document called &#8220;Anti-racism resources,&#8221; containing readings and racial-consciousness exercises.
