Source: TradingView<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"BTC_price_lags_1500_below_crucial_level\"><\/span>BTC price lags $1,500 below crucial level<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Data from Cointelegraph Markets Pro and <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tradingview.com\/symbols\/BTCUSD\/\">TradingView<\/a>\u00a0showed BTC\/USD trading at around $46,000 Friday after rejecting near $47,450 the day before.<\/p>\n<p>That level marks the lower bound of Bitcoin&#8217;s uptrend on the weekly chart, one which has continued since mid July.<\/p>\n<p>Now, BTC\/USD needs to reclaim it, trader and analyst Rekt Capital says, in order to preserve that trend.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\"><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/BTC?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#BTC<\/a> bounces from Weekly support (blue)<\/p>\n<p>However, it is still below the black Weekly Higher Low which represents a price of ~$47400<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%24BTC&amp;src=ctag&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">$BTC<\/a> needs to Weekly Close above the HL to retain the multi-week uptrend<\/p>\n<p>At the moment, BTC is ~$1000 below the Higher Low<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Crypto?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Crypto<\/a> <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Bitcoin?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Bitcoin<\/a> <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/kbhDbtZkno\">https:\/\/t.co\/kbhDbtZkno<\/a> <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/KBZCCK3SAk\">pic.twitter.com\/KBZCCK3SAk<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Rekt Capital (@rektcapital) <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/rektcapital\/status\/1436227225083383810?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">September 10, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>With Bitcoin closer to $1,500 below the higher low target at the time of writing, much work was left to do over the weekend to secure a more bullish close by the end of Sunday.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tezos_outshines_the_rest\"><\/span>Tezos outshines the rest<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>On altcoins, a curious picture was developing Friday as investors mysteriously piled in to Tezos (XTZ).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Related:\u00a0NFT sales and floor prices plummet as demand wanes and gas prices soar<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After standard moves in line with the majority of major altcoins, XTZ\/USD suddenly began to break out, gaining 24% on the day to become the best-performing cryptocurrency.
