Microsoft <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20120525192747\/https:\/\/blogs.msdn.com\/b\/b8\/archive\/2012\/05\/22\/designing-for-pcs-that-boot-faster-than-ever-before.aspx\">removed this feature starting in Windows 8<\/a> because, thanks to new technologies, startup times became too fast for someone to quickly hit F8 in time before Windows loaded.<\/p>\n<p>Instead, Microsoft designed an \u201c<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20120525192747\/https:\/\/blogs.msdn.com\/b\/b8\/archive\/2012\/05\/22\/designing-for-pcs-that-boot-faster-than-ever-before.aspx\">automatic failover<\/a>\u201d workaround for times when your PC malfunctions and Windows won\u2019t load properly. Your PC will automatically enter an advanced startup troubleshooting mode if it fails to start twice in a row. You can force this by powering on the PC, and then pushing its physical power button just as you see the manufacturer\u2019s logo <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ear. Do this twice, and you\u2019ll see a \u201cChoose an Option\u201d advanced startup screen. Then, follow the directions described in the section below to enter Safe Mode.<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_Enter_Safe_Mode_from_Windows\"><\/span>How to Enter Safe Mode from Windows<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>There are several different ways to restart your computer into an \u201cAdvanced Startup\u201d mode on Windows 11 that will allow you to select \u201cSafe Mode\u201d after several choices. The easiest way? Open the Start menu and click the power icon in the lower-right corner.
