Showtime CEO David Nevins, who brought hits like \u201cBillions\u201d and \u201cHomeland\u201d to the network, will run Paramount\u2019s TV division. <\/p>\n<p>Gianopulos will serve in an advisory role at\u00a0Paramount\u00a0through the end of the year to help ensure a smooth transition.<\/p>\n<p>The Wall Street Journal <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/viacomcbs-to-restructure-paramount-pictures-11631490125\">first reported<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> of Gianopulos\u2019 exit and the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/brian-robbins-expected-to-take-over-leadership-of-paramount-movie-studio-11631281748?mod=article_inline\">appointments of Robbins<\/a> and Nevins. Both execs will report to ViacomCBS CEO Bob Bakish. <\/p>\n<p>According to The Journal, Robbins will take over for Gianopulos, 69, who has run the studio since 2017. The moves we\u2019re making today will build on Paramount\u2019s strong momentum, ensuring it continues to engage audiences at scale while embracing viewers\u2019 evolving tastes and habits,\u201d Bakish said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>In a push to pump up content, Paramount Television is expected to focus primarily on making content for its sister cable and streaming networks, according to The Journal. Currently, the unit makes shows for a host of competitors like Netflix and <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">App<\/a>le\u2019s TV+ platform.
